SPS Technologies waiver of land development

The EAC Vice Chair thanked SPS for rebuilding in Abington and announced the EAC fully supports granting the waiver, with the conditions jointly recommended by the EAC and Shade Tree Commission.

The Shade Tree Commission co-chair said the commission would normally oppose approval without final plans, but supports preliminary approval given the unique circumstances — contingent on all conditions in its review letter being met and documented in the minutes.
