Library building project

Runs a neighborhood Next Door account and got a huge response to a library post — people are 'shellshocked' after the middle school project, which didn't fundraise. She asked the library to fundraise and noted support is broad but concerns about costs, long-term operating expenses, and taxes remain.

Thanked Connie Briggs for speaking, praised the survey, and asked the board to prioritize energy efficiency rather than continued spending on repairs.

Sent a message of support.

Diane shared insights from Penn State Abington's recent campus building project, suggesting the library consult with university administrators who have experience working with architects and gaining community buy-in.
